zet's lapaq-muffin-u muffin!

Yes,i decided to call my muffins,"LAPAQ-MUFFIN-U" muffins,hahha!!...Kind of adorable thinking why i decided that as the name for it,kihkihkih...Because i keep getting messages "zet..lapaq muffin u" from my darlings,!=D

So here's the recipe and step by step of how to bake my ugly cheese muffins,haha!...

Ingredients:
• 3 cups(c) flour
• ¾ c sugar
• 4 teaspoon(tsp) baking powder
• 250gm of cream cheese (room temperature,that means,you need to leave it outside for about half an hour k)
• 2 eggs
• 1 c of milk (I use low fat,jaga bkn x jaga,haha!)
• ½ cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)




1.You have to sift the flour,and since our flour is not that ‘light’ or what we call,’gebu’,it’s better if you sift it more than once.I usually sift the flour twice and mix the baking powder with the flour during my second sift.





2. After you're done with the sifting,head over to your blender!Don't play2,the blender you're seeing here is an antique k,it has been in my kitchen for almost 10 yrs old!haha!...Okay,slice the cream cheese into smaller pieces,so it will be faster and smoother to blend.Add in the 2 eggs,and start blendinggg until you see a smooth creamy mixture.


3.Next,add 1 tsp of vanilla essence,cooled melted butter,and 1 cup of milk,and continue to work the batter until completely mixed.


4.Now,you can preheat the oven about 180-200 degree celcius.


5.Pour the liquid into the bowl of dry ingredients,and here,you can add the sugar.


6.Here comes the tiring part that strains my muscle and hands,haha!MIX with wooden spoon until you don't see a single spot of dry flour,haha!...If suddenly you realise the batter is too thick,and you can't get the desired smooth batter,don't worry,just gradually pour a small amount of milk.Not too much though,you wouldn't want the batter to be too much of a liquid.



7.Grease your muffin pan with left over butter,and fill them with muffin cups.Then,you can start placing the batter into the cups.Spoon them at about,2-3 big spoonfuls for each cup.Sometimes,i like to vary my muffins.I would add blueberry jam in between,or chocolate chips,ohoo!


8.Yeahhh,bake them for half an hour.But make sure to check at 10 minute intervals okay,you wouldn't want them to burn.If you already notice a light brown muffin surface,it's pretty much perfectly cooked.Remember to wear your mittens please...take it from me..it isn't a nice feeling for your finger to hit an extremely hot metal... XD


9.When the muffins are done,it will look something like this!
