ahhh...i never get bored of those christmas carols,hehe.to hell with people who think wishing and celebrating christmas is a sin,i think it's such a joyful celebration,with colourful christmas trees,and delightful songs to light up the town,exchanging gifts,savouring a whole turkey (and i love turkeys!),christmas should be full of love,just like any other malaysian celebration.So,here,i would like to wish all my friends,and you reading my blog,

a day of fun at my place =)

This occurence is really really rare i tell you,because,i dont usually ask people to come over to my house,and stay the night,but for them,it's an exception,considering they have been such darlings to me,and i love them so much,hehe.

Okay,the day started out with me n jiba and alip goin out to buy the stuff,and,lets just say,we kind of...over budget a bit,hehe...madihah arrived gours later.

and so we started off!cooking creamy mushroom spagetti,and cream cheese muffins!(yup,i know,we're cheese loversssss!)

Madihah,najiba and mat alip helping out in making the muffins,hehe.

She can't help laughing at mat alip mengayak tepung,haha!

My all handy strong pretty hulk,najiba ramly stirring the batter!

Here i am,cutting up the chicken for the spagetti,hoho!!

cecece,mat alip greasing the muffin pan!suprising for me,a metal hardcore guy was enjoying himself having cooking sessions with us girls!! *giggles*

yumm yumm...soo creamyyy,and i love my pasta full with mushrooms!!

Here's the end result of our home made cream cheese muffins!i know,a bit flat,but still,inevitably irresistable!!It's delicious,i assure you,don't be deceived by its looks *wink wink*

After having fun eating up our food that we made,while laughing at each other,we decided to go for an evening walk,right at the paddy field area.It was soothingly breezy,and green,i loved the surrounding there,but what irritated me were those stupid mat rempits,sheeshh...nak race p la tempat lain,menggangu ketenteraman awam sunggoh!!We snapped some photos on the rail,above the river,hehe.

we took a stroll along the road,and stopped by a small bridge and 'lepak' there until it was almost dark,hehe..

Jiba and madihah stayed one night at my place,and this was their first time sleeping over at my place,and i was glad they did,we spent hours giggling to stories and reminiscing late at night,and madihah helped me with my KPP test the next day.Thanx sayanggg!!i passed my test!!

Unfortunately,i got sick 24 hours later till now,hahah!Guess i had too much fun for my body to handle ey,kihkihkih.

Yup,fun day it was,hoping for more days like this,or better!! =)

We'll be back together again darlings!!Books,exams and semesters wont keep us apart forever.

At 8am,when zetty was still dreaming of her romeo,sleeping soundly,after falling asleep only at 5am...her handphone received a message.

"Jam sebelas nanti ada ulangan pidato bi.." from cikgu yati.

She was still drooling.The message went unnoticed.

3 hours later,zetty was rolling here and there,happy bout some scene in the dream,that she couldnt really remember,her handphone vibrated again.

With her eyes half open and being groggy,her hand lazily slapped on the handphone and to her suprise,she read the message.

"ko kt tv9." from zizi.

Her eyes almost popped out,and she forced herself to jump up the bed,and raced to the television.She immediately searched for tv9,and...tough luck.

"The next participant is from penang with her title....."

'What the hell???i missed my turn again!!' screamed zetty to herself.

FYI,the penang girl was right after zetty.

'sigh...nevermind laa..i'll just watch the others,it'll be weird to see myself sooo selekeh on tv anyways..' said zetty trying to convince herself,when she was actually frustrated deep inside that she missed the chance!

At 12pm,after she watched the whole prize ceremony giving,she turned off the tv and looked towards her room.The bed,was really tempting.Soft cushiony (is there such word??) pillows,followed by the cool breeze that was blowing through her window.

Like a zombie walking to the grave,her eyes half closed and her hands stretched out,she walked closer and closer towards 'heaven'.She crawled on the bed,and positioned herself back to sleep again.

"hmmmmmmm..ahhhhh..." moaned zetty.

"HAIYAAAAAAA!!SLEEP AGAIN!!you already wake up,dont go back to bed laaa,straight away wake up!!" Her mom's nagging fell on deaf ears,as always.

Then?then what?she slept for another 2 hours la!*cheeky grins*

PS: so if any of you saw me on tv9,please dont laugh even if you already did,i know i looked horrible,dengan tudung senget and all,hwaaaaaaaaaa...maluuuuuuuu!!(padahal duk syiok snirik gak la sikit sikit,heheh)

But this doesnt really make any difference,because i knowwww,it's not that all of you youngsters tune in to tv9,haha!If i went on MELODI or prime time news,then different la,kihkih.And,it's not suprising,that many of the participants got surprised and questioned, "ehh??what are you talking bout?", "when did i appear on tv??", "WHATTTT!!WHEN??HOW??", "oh myy goshh!!so i missed it??"

hehe..yup..those were their reactions alright when i told them about it,haha!Obviously,we, the english speakers,are not a tv9 fan,muahahha.,or to be exact,we DONT watch tv9,haha..but too bad,it's the only channel that airs the TV PENDIDIKAN.

Of course,it is still undeniable that,all of it is one heaven and hell of an experience! *smiles*

heheh..one of my hobbies,to pass time,is writing lame poems,or lyrics,haahh..so bare with me k guys,i can be jiwang or too romantic at certain times,and transform to an emo freak in a second *giggles*

Right now,i'm totally in deep love with this taylor swift song...hate it how much such a young girl like her has achieved to much...pffffffff...and here i am,still drooling and acting foolishly in public,hahah!

It still amazes me till now,how such cinderella-like music videos make me feel so...like falling in love again!macam nak kawin esok jaa,haha..Being the bride in a white dress,my hair tied up in a bun,on the top of the tower,waiting in heartache and loneliness for the the prince charming to swooshh to me with his strong horse.In the music video,taylor swift sings from the top of the tower.You know laaa,how i like to analyse things deeply even though it has nothing to do with the song at all.From my perspective,when she's at the top of the tower,it means,she's at a very high vulnerable spot.i mean,there's no gates,or villains that are stopping her from coming down the tower.But then,the journey down the tower,is too high,for her to come down alone.Which is why,she's waiting for that special someone she's hoping for,because she can't do it all alone,she's helpless.

That's how it is you know,in real life,we're afraid to make that leap of faith.

Ohh my goshh,i totally love the waltz scene,in such style the way they dance,so deep and romantic.This song i believe,is mostly about a forbidden secret love (obviously..).

Here,i think,when she sings throwing pebbles,she's saying that romeo has been giving signals to her,saying that he is also interested in her.I'm trying to analyse this song for reality,cause it's written in a fairytale form.hehe..

Later on,they met in the garden,and i assume,that they finally got to know each other,and fall deeply in love,but then,romeo,was still hesitant and had some fear towards their love.Because when taylor swift walked off,she was hoping that romeo would stop her.But he didnt.

'Cause you were Romeo, I was a scarlet letter,..."

For your information,The scarlet letter "A" represents the act of adultery that she has committed and it is to be a symbol of her sin ,a badge of shame– for all to see.So,you can say in the world now,maybe she has not been such a good girl before,brought shame to the family,or has hurt many hearts before.Which is why,she's sceptical,yet hopeful to whether romeo really loves her,for what she is..and accepts her past,and what she had been and done.

Here,in real life,maybe most of us can relate to it.You know,the feeling of other people keep on telling us how our love should be,and which guy we should have and not have.Yes,we may date a badboy,but we cant help it if we love him so much,no matter how bad it is to us.We know some of these people are our friends,and just want to help us out,to keep us away from getting our hearts broken.When she sings romeo save me,she's begging romeo to tell her how she should feel,whether what she feels for him is right.Before,she actually falls for what "they're trying to tell.."

After so many tries,and hopes,romeo still doesnt give her the sign,that he's really serious,or at least say something,to make any move towards her,like i said earlier,the leap of faith.It's as if,she's the only one working hard,and trying to work out their relationship that is hanging on the thread.

and of course...this is a fairytale-like lovestory.It ends with a happy ending la.

Romeo finally takes all the chances he has got,and took the leap of faith,by going all the way,to take the hand of his loved one.so,walahhhh!!she's not alone anymore,and i believe that when she sings "talked to your dad..", i think,that,the guy had overcome the obstacles that has been being in the way of him being with her all this while.

ahh...the ending is sooOOo romantic,they held each other tightly,and goshh is the hero so hot hot hot!!

She ends with.."We were both young when I first saw you...", clearly shows that,it has been a long time past,when falling in love is so easy,compared to now.

Believe it or not,i have to put the song on repeat the whole time i'm writing this entry to get the feel and words to flow out,hahah!!...nak masuk kali ke 30 dah kot,LOL!

harith iskander comedy tour

ok,i know it's pretty late to keep u guys up to date on this tour,haha.dont know why,im pretty lazy to update my blog,sheesh..

oh yahh,the comedy tour was totally awesome!!eye opening,and amazingly out of your head funny!people who are going to enjoy this type of comedy the most are malaysians!hoho!Finally,i got a chance to experience a malaysian made stand-up comedy,and it's a really big achievement for our comedy scene,and believe me,it's not the scenario-lawak bodo type of comedy.It had very mature,political,social issues and intellectual jokes.Which is why,they dont air stand-ups on tv,if u know what i mean,hehe.

My mum,bro n i stayed at Eastern and Oriental Hotel in penang,one of the nicest hotels laa..which was pretty cool and exciting.Fattening too,because their food was irresistable!!Our room had a nice view of the sea too!and at night,you could hear the waves hitting the beach,whoshhh!...ahh..



When we arrived at the hotel,the receptionist said,
"ohh,harith and hans are at the pool.."
"hans?hans isaac??" i asked with large eyes.inside my head,im already imagining...wahhh..hans in a swimming pool..all wet n sexy...ulalalaaa...

ok,enough bout tht,too bad,my bro didnt want to go to the pool,so,tough luck!sob sob.

That night,the whole big hall was totally full!!my goshh...i believe it was a sell-out.It was nice to see penangites supporting local talents.I managed to catch a glimpse of phat fabes,hans isaac(this comedy tour was under hans' production company),ohh yahh,..yasmin yusoff was the mc..ermm...i guess tht was pretty much it.

The show started off with douglas lim as the opening act,and he's really good,funny guy! (FYI,douglas lim is the guy in kopitiam,with the specs,and the one who sang the theme song empty decorations..'i dont wanna be alone..oh oh!')
He cracked the audience up with jokes about,the politics,(cant mention it here,or i'll get in trouble,u know,since all the raja petra thing and all,haha...),the chinese,indian malay,and how bizarre the colour of our national service uniforms are,hahah...

About half and hour later,harith ISKANDER(i juz knew then tht his name is iskandEr, rather than iskandar).Man is he cute!!haahha...very very funny,i almost kicked the chair in front of me everytime i laughed!the whole hall was laughing hysterically to his stories and jokes.He talked bout,how different men and women are,and what men shouldnt do,when out on dates,hahah...oh yahh,and he mentioned how funny it would be,if malaysia had their very own CSI series,kihkihkih!
And not forgetting,the SINGAPOREANS.mannn,we malaysians really like to joke bout singaporeans dont we!

The last hour they did a totally different thing,they grabbed their guitars,and pulled one really really hot chick from the audience,damn she was hot,haha..harith iskandar had a thing for tht girl i think,thts why he go and pull her out,instead of others,hehe.
They asked the girl,what's up wif her life and all,hobbies,interests,studies, (she's a mass com student...no wonder...)..and they sang a song based on those infos,heheh..which was really funny!Both of them,douglas lim and harith iskandar had nice voices,i've always liked douglas lim's singing if u wanna know.To hear him live was a really big thing for me!!


It sucked i couldnt snap any photos of the show,or even ask for their autograph,they vanished so fast in a blink of an eye after the doors opened!...sigh,...sigh...but i do have the tickets as memory,hehe..




Seriously,if you stay in KL,or have any chance of going to stand up comedies like this,please please go for it,you should try and give these people a chance,to open your eye to a whole new level of comedy,and without you realising it,it will bring people from all walks of life and races together,who have the same understanding.Harith mentioned bout the races thing,and said, "i think we should juz have one box,one tick, malaysian or not malaysian!!" and the whole hall gave a thunderous applause of agreement,me with my "woooohoooo!!!oh yeahhh alright!!"

ahh...great holiday that was.back to reality...again.
